Wet 'n Wild Correction Tape over Barielle Daring Dahlia.

Happy Friday! I hope it's going to be anyway. I am a basket case right now. :-( My poor little Beagle, Buster is having issues. Again. He keeps having muscle spasms and shaking in his back legs. I'm SO worried right now, I'm shaking myself. No joke. I have an appointment to take him to the vet at 2:40 still almost two hours away. I sure hope he's okay. I can't deal with losing him right now. I just can't. My husband says I need to stop freaking out, and calm down. Seriously?! I love the guy, but if I could calm down, I would! He thinks he's okay. I hope he's right. I really, really hope I'm wrong. I told him that he should record me saying that. LOL! Anyway, if you could please send good thoughts, and prayers his way I'd REALLY appreciate it.

I have on a polish from the On the Prowl Wet 'n Wild Halloween collection. It's an awesome glitter with black and purple square glitter, and blue and gold hex glitter. I really love the square glitter. It seems like it's not made much, so when it is, I always grab it.

I layered it over another new polish I got from Barielle, called Daring Dahlia. DD is a med. purple color with a pink undertone to it. It also has a blue flash. I used two coats, and application was fine. I used two coats of Wet 'n Wild Correction Tape over it.

First up, pics. of the two together.

I know this next pic. is a little dark, but I like the way the glitter looks in it.

Close up.

Here's my baby, Buster.

I'm such a mess. :-( Just looking at this pic. put me in tears. Please try to ignore my nervous chatter/typing. I truly am sorry. I just want him to be okay. I need him to be okay.

Thanks so much for reading, and I do hope you are having a good day. Hopefully, I will get good news at the vet, and then I can join you!

Lynnderella Connect the Dots over Cosmo. Wild Thing.

Good afternoon! I haven't done pink Wed. for a couple of weeks, so thought I'd get back to that today. I also really wanted to wear another of the Lynnderella polishes I got. The one I choose happens to look great over a bright pink. I'm wearing Lynnderella Connect the Dots, which just might be the most unique polish ever. It has multi shapes and sizes of black and white glitter. The glitter isn't a sparkly glitter. It's more of a matte glitter. I used it over Wild Thing, which is the polish that I got for free from Cosmo. I did a blog on it not too long ago. You can see pics. of it here: http://alisnailnews.blogspot.com/2011/08/pink-wed-and-kitty-update.html

Thanks for looking, and have a great day! I'm off to take a nap with my dog. :-)

Lynnderella The Glittering Crowd.

Good morning! How's your Monday going so far? Good, I hope. It's such a beautiful fall day here today. I want to be outside, but I need to clean the house/laundry today. Not so much fun. I wish I was one of those people who liked to clean. It would make it so much easier! LOL! I don't know very many who do like to clean, but they are out there. I have been procrastinating all morning, and now it's almost 1pm here. I wanted to get a blog out first. ;-)

Over the weekend, I wore another Lynnderella polish that I got in my recent order. I still have it on today. I love it so much, I couldn't bare to take it off yet. This one is called The Glittering Crowd, and it's amazing! Seriously, one of my fav. polishes ever, and that's saying something. ;-) The Glittering Crowd had 100 different shapes, sizes and colors of glitter. I can't begin to name 100 shapes, but here are a few that are in this polish.....Stars,hex,round,diamond,bar,square,fine,big hex, and pretty much any color you can think of. Hands down, this is the best glitter polish out there. Even application is wonderful. I only had to use one coat, and that's saying something for this kind of glitter. I added one coat over black. I wore it with a top coat on Sat. and Sun. I decided to see what it would look like matte. Love it both ways.

First up, are pics. with the top coat.

With Essie Matte About You on top.

Close up of the bottle....look at all of that glitter!

Do you like it with, or without the matte top coat best? I can't decide. I like it both ways!

Well, I suppose I had better get off of here, and start cleaning. Try not to be too jealous! ;-) Have a great day, and thanks for looking! :-)

Tony Moly Jupiter

Happy Saturday!!! I have a great polish to show you today. It's a South Korean brand called Tony Moly. I found them on ebay. I bought two of them, but will def. be getting the rest of the collection soon. There are four or five of them, and they are all glitters.

The one I'm going to show you today is GT05 also known as Jupiter. It's a grape colored glitter, with flecks of blue, red, purple and pink throughout. It has med. sized round blue glitter, and small purple hex glitter. Once again, this is pretty unique polish, and I don't think I've seen another one like it. I used two coats. Application was on the thick side, but nothing too bad at all. I can let that pass on a polish this
awesome! ;-)

Close Up.

So, do you have any big plans for the weekend? I really have no idea what we're going to do. There's a fall festival going on near by, that I'd like to go to at sometime over the weekend. I LOVE fall, and pretty much everything that has to do with it. :-)

Whatever you do, I hope you have a fabulous weekend! :-)

Lynnderella Very Pretty Vampire & Wet 'n Wild Buy Me a Drink.

Good evening! Today, I have one very awesome polish to show you. I'm sure some of you have heard of Lynnderella, and the wonderful polishes she makes. If you are a glitter lover, you will LOVE her polishes! They are really fun and unique. She just recently started selling them, and I was lucky to get in on her last sale. I got five of them, and Very Pretty Vampire is the first one I decided to wear. I layered it over one of the new Wet 'n Wild polishes from the Halloween collection, On the Prowl. I FINALLY found them at CVS the other day. I used Buy Me a Drink with Very Pretty Vampire.

Buy Me a Drink is a deep wine color, with slight red and purple shimmer. I have to say application on this one was awful :-( The brush was bad and flared out on the end. The formula was on the thick side, and I got a little annoyed more than once while applying it. It's still a really pretty color though, and I will wear it again. I used two coats, and after cleaning it up as best I could, it looked okay.

I used one coat of Lynnderella Very Pretty Vampire on top. VPV has multiple shapes and sizes of wine, red and black colored glitter.

You def. want to click on these to get a better look at Very Pretty Vampire. ;-)

Revlon Starry Pink.

Happy Wed! Goodness, I've let a few days go by AGAIN without blogging. I'm really sorry. :-( I should be back to normal now. ;-) This time, I had terrible computer problems. I got a new computer! Yay! ;-) So I've been getting used to it, and getting everything transferred from my old computer to the new one. I love having a new computer, but it does take some getting used to that's for sure!

Since it's Wed. I have on pink today. I have on one of the new fall colors from Revlon. It's called Starry Pink, and I LOVE it! It's unique, and not like anything I own. I'm not even sure if I've seen a polish like it before. It's a light pink with small silver glitter, and silver hex glitter. Application was pretty good. It was a little thin, but I can forgive that. I used three coats.

Thanks for looking, and I hope you have a great evening. I WILL be back tomorrow. ;-)

Confetti Tazmanian Devil & Tip Toe Holiday Vacances.

Good afternoon! Wow, it's been awhile since I last posted. I'm really sorry about that. Where as last week went by slow for me, this one is flying past, and I've been super busy. Thanks for sticking with me. I'm always afraid everyone will stop following me, if I miss a few days. Is that silly?

Today, I have two new polishes to show you. I found a new to me brand last weekend, at of all places, Old Navy. I had no idea they sold polish. They didn't have very many different colors, and I just got one of them. The brand is called Tip Toe. The one I got is named Holiday Vacances. It's a gorgeous deep berry red jelly, with tons of gold shimmer particles through out. It reminds me of a much darker version of OPI Smitten with Mittens. Application was actually really good, and I used two coats.

I also picked up a new polish from Confetti. It's called Tazmanian Devil, and it's a multi colored glitter. It has different colored hex glitter and multi colored, small round glitter. What makes this multi glitter stand out from all the rest, is that it also has very fine, silver glitter in it. I really, really like it. In fact, it might just be my fav. of these types of glitter. It's only $1.99 too!

First up are pics. of the the two together. I used two coats of Tazmanian Devil over Holiday Vacances.

Here's Tip Toe Holiday Vacances on it's own.

Close up's of both.

Revlon Devil's Candy and Kleancolor Red Hot.

Good morning! Did you have a good weekend? I was FINALLY feeling better, so I decided to go to a football game Sat. night. I had a great time, but it poured down rain for about 15 min. and guess what? I woke up Sun. morning with a raging sore throat. Again. Ugh. I'm sooo sick of being sick. :-( It's making me a little bit grumpy. Just ask my husband. ;-)

I am back to nubs. Again. It seems like everytime, I get my nails to a longer length that I like, I brake a nail. Or two. Which is what happened on Fri.

I wore this mani. on Sat. I used Revlon Devil's Candy first. Devil's Candy is a great red jelly. It's almost worth getting for the name alone. ;-) I have so many reds, but I just couldn't pass this one up. I did at first. Two or three times. Finally, I just had to get it. Application was pretty good. It was just a little runny, but nothing too major. I used two coats. I put a coat of Kleancolor Red Hot on top. Red Hot, is a red tinted base with red hex glitter.

Here is Devil's Candy alone.

Thanks for looking, and I hope you have a happy Monday! :-)
